Diane’s coaching draws upon her extensive background in holistic health. She taught yoga at the East- West Center for the Healing Arts, has a Master’s degree in Counseling, and currently serves as Associate Director of the Institute for Applied Spirituality at Santa Clara University and senior research advisor at the Positive Psychology Guild in the UK. Her positive psychology research has appeared in both popular and professional publications, she writes a regular blog for Psychology Today, and her books draw upon Eastern philosophy and psychology to help people live with greater peace, power, and vitality.
